Kitchen ceiling the above left side window shows signs of water 7 Days damage with discolored tiles. Kitchen wall above and to the right of entrance to pantry shows signs of water damage with discolored paint in a streak pattern. Replace water damaged tiles with new tiles. Scrape off and repaint water damaged portion of walls. Owner has 7 DAYS to start making a good-faith effort to correct violation. .500 3. Bathroom ceiling shows signs of water damage with discolored and 7 Days bubbling paint. Scrape off and repaint water damaged portion of ceiling. NOTE: At time of inspection, inspector was informed by the occupant N/A that there currently was not an on-going leak in the apartment's ceiling, with the water damage having occurred several months prior.
