RELEASE OF LIEN 01/02/2019 ���ONDt7 L ae 4C/jyjNg IP* CITY OF SALEM RELEASE OF LIEN The City of Salem performed an emergency board up at 44 Phillips Street, Salem, Massachusetts, property owned by Robert Morneau and Laura Fielding as set forth in Book 22920, Page 342 in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds. On October 17, 2018 the City of Salem caused a lien to be recorded against the property described herein for the costs associated with the board up. Said lien was duly recorded in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 37088, Page 23. In consideration of full payment for the work performed and interest, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Salem releases the above described property and its owner, and its successors in interest from any and all liability arising from the services for the work performed at 44 Phillips Street, Salem, MA. The city, its officers, agents, servants and employees do hereby authorize and direct that the above-mentioned lien be discharged.
