GENERAL COMMENTS / INSTRUCTIONS
Conf. 9am-11am 7/29- *Call Doug 30 minutes ahead 339-234-4036*- Three weekly services priced at $200 a visit for indoor trapping with exterior monitoring. Indoor traps will
consist of snap traps and glue boards to mitigate rodent activity. Exterior monitoring devices will consist of bait stations with baited snap traps for rodents. At the end of the
trapping period exterior monitoring devices will be removed before demolition begins. (ad)
Today I began service by inspecting exterior bait stations and boiler room of small brick building during my inspection moderate rodent feeding was found at all exterior bait
stations all bait was consumed also removed one dead mouse from trap inside boiler room added fresh traps to area added additional bait to exterior bait stations.
I then proceeded to to inspect existing exterior bait stations and interior trapping devices in large metal building during my inspection no activity was found at this time found
existing interior traps set and clean and no activity was found at exterior bait stations will continue to monitor stations. Thank you be safe and have a great day
