(Golder) has prepared this communication on behalf of BASF, who are hereby providing notification of the recording of an Activity and Use Limitation (AUL), which was filed on October 31, 2018, in accordance the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP). As stated in 310 CMR 40.1403(7)(a)of the MCP, a copy of the recorded AUL shall be provided to: 1. The Chief Municipal Officer; 2. The Board of Health; 3. The Zoning Official; and 4. The Building Code Enforcement Official in the community in which the property subject to such Activity and Use Restriction is located. As such, the attached AUL is being provided to you, as well as the entities noted above and in the CC list below. The AUL affects the property located at 25, 30 and 40 Colonial Road Salem, Massachusetts 01971. The AUL limits the activities and uses of the property, as specified in Section 2 of the attached AUL.
