Statement of Grounds:
CeƌƋƵeiƌa͛Ɛ Construction is doing work at 1 Amanda Way for homeowner, Elizabeth Sullivan. The permit
was already granted to us, with a restriction for the dormer, which is pending ZBA. Elizabeth Sullivan has
4 children and asked Danny, the contractor, to finish the attic space for additional room and would also
like to add a full bath where the dormer is going, so that her growing children can have their own space.
The dormer is not going any higher than the peak of house, it would have no impact on the actual
footprint of the home. As for the following items-there will also be no impact at all:
a) Social, economic, or community needs served by the proposal- NO IMPACT ANTICIPATED
b) Traffic flow and safety, including parking and loading- NO IMPACT ANTICIPATED
c) Adequacy of utilities and other public services- NO IMPACT ANTICIPATED
d) Impacts on the natural environment, including drainage- NO IMPACT ANTICIPATED
