You are hereby ORDERED to make a good-faith effort to correct the violations listed on the enclosed inspection report and to take all positive action to prevent these violations from occurring again in the future. Bathroom sink basin is loose and not affixed cupboards and wall. 24 Hours Repair bathroom sink basin so it is properly affixed to cupboards and wall. Repair or 7 Days replace bathtub basin so that there is a smooth, easily cleanable surface without chipping and peeling surfaces.
