To Ms. Patricia Knuutilla,
The City of Salem's Health Department has agreed to have the City of Salem's Building
Department remove the garbage and rubbish collecting on 8 Wyman Avenue. This action will
result in a lean being placed on the property by the city. As the property owner you will not need
to pay for the city's action,but when the property is sold the cost of the clean up will be taken
from from the dividends of the sale. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the
