10. PROPOSED RETAINING WALLS TO BE DESIGNED AND CERTIFIED BY A MASSACHUSETTS
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. PLAN IS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY OF
SALEM BUILDING AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
11. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF ABUTTING PROPERTIES FROM
DAMAGE IN RELATION TO ALL PROPOSED SITE WORK.
12. THERE ARE NO RESOURCE AREAS PRESENT ON SITE SUBJECT TO PROTECTION UNDER
THE MASSACHUSETTS WETLANDS PROTECTION ACT TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE.
13. THIS PROJECT WILL REQUIRE A NPDES PERMIT AS THE AMOUNT OF GROUND
DISTURBANCE SHALL BE MORE THAN 15,000 SQUARE FEET IN AREA.
