. Dear Owner
This letter is to inform you that I recently did an inspection at your
rental property at 65 Boston Street unit 8 and found that both sets of egress
stairs are in disrepair . This is a violation of Building Code .
The stairs need to be repaired by a licensed contractor immediately .
Prior to the repair a building permit needs to be applied for through
the Salem Building Department.
