Dear Mr. Padovani,
It has been brought to my attention that you have signs advertising your questionable Parking lot
on Norman Street. Besides the fact that you again have not filed any permits for you signs you
are advertising off premise ., and on City property. I have to question your judgement.
Tuesday morning, I will be at Riley Plaza removing any signs that do not have a permit. You will
be fined for any sign that we have to remove. Per Salem sign ordinances Chapter 4., You have
a right to Appeal my action to the Zoning Board of Appeals but since your signs are on City
Property, They will removed by this Department. No later than Tuesday morning
