32 Buffum Street_Permit Plans_04.10.17GENERAL NOTES1.All of the work shown on the drawings is the responsibility of the General Contractor unless specificallynoted otherwise.2.The Builder shall review the contract documents and verify existing site conditions prior to submitting abid, proposal or agreement. The Builder's proposal shall include all trades and services necessary forcompletionof the work. The Builder shall notate all existing conditions which interfere or conflict with theworking drawings and report the inconsistencies prior to bid, proposal or agreement.3.Construction means and methods are the sole responsibility of the Builder. Highly detailed drawings take precedence over lowerdetailed drawings. Notations take precedence of graphical drawings.13.Where mechanical, electrical, plumbing or specialty drawings are prepared by the Builder or theBuilder's sub-contractor, the drawings shall be considered shop drawings and shall be submitted to theDesigner for review prior to submittal to the building department and/or commencement of work.
