To whom it my concern,
This an official notice that the heating boilers,at the above address,are non-compliant to manufactures
recommendations.The gas heating equipment is on combustible flooring covered with a stone like material that
has been compromised allowing heat to radiate and could cause further damage.All gas heating boilers must be
brought to a minimum standard set by the manufacture of the equipment for clearances to combustible's and
confined spaces.
The work that needs to be done is extensive,and the removal and re-assembly of the gas heating equipment may
not be energy effective due to the age of the gas equipment, I recommend that new heating equipment should be
installed to prevent another potential loss of property or life.All work must be permitted/inspected by The City of
Salem Building Dept.
