Dear Chair Duffy:
On behalf of the Petitioner, Juniper Point Investment Co LLC, I hereby request
allowance to extend the above referenced variances pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A, s. 10,
which were granted by the Board in a Decision dated December 3, 2018 and extended
by the Board by Decision dated November 7, 2019, for an additional six (6) month
period from June 3, 2020.
The Petitioner intends to go forward with the project and would, therefore,
respectfully request that this Board grant an extension through December 3, 2020, thus
allowing the variances to run co-terminously with the special permit also granted by this
Board.
