Dear Ms. Hughes:
I have reviewed the Public Records regarding zoning for the property listed above (the Property).
The Property is located within the Industrial Zoning District. Within this Zone, and without the necessity of obtaining a
rezoning, Special Permit or Variance,the property may be used for the purpose of(1) receiving, storing, assembling,
shipping, distributing products, materials,food,grocery and liquor items; (2)the parking, storage and use(including
driving into and through the building for loading unloading and parking inside the building) of automobiles,trucks,
machinery and trailers, including outdoor loading and unloading ancillary to the primary use of the property; (3)
warehouse and office use; and (4) using, storing and handling of hazardous materials in accordance with applicable laws,
codes and ordinances and in the ordinary course of business, including (A) in any packaged merchandise to be sold,
handled, and for or held for shipment to customers, (B) maintenance of trucks and machinery, and (C) batteries for any
trucks, generators or other machinery or equipment described in (5); (5) installing and operating rooftop equipment
such as satellite dishes, cellular antenna, and renewable energy systems, including solar energy systems and related
Equipment; (6) installing and operating battery storage systems, and electrical generators; and (7) ancillary and related
uses.
There are currently no outstanding zoning violations with respect to the Property.
