shall, during the period that this permit is in full force and effect
faithfully observe and honestly comply with the provisions of all
ordinances of City of Salem regulating Street
Permits , then this obligation shall become
void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, the surety shall have the right to cancel this bond
at any time by a written notice, stating when the cancellation shall
take effect, and mailed to City of Salem, Massachusetts
at least thirty (30) days prior
to the date that the cancellation become effective.
