Temporary Holiday Decoration/Installation Proposal
Hello,
I am the owner and operator of the 196 Essex street gift shop, Flying Monkey.This letter is a
proposal to outline my request for a temporary wall installation which will be placed on the
front facade surface of my gift shop.
The temporary installation will cover only the granite elements of the buildings surface.All
the proposed install materials are completely removable and engineered to be removal
without permanent property damage.The materials are PVC vinyl only.
The color bright neon green.The subject matter is a bit abstract and could be described as
simply dripping green liquid(not actual liquid, designed to look like it).
There will be no land used in this installation, only the surface of the building.
The dimensions of the total frontage of the gift shop is approximately 127"tall, and 250"
wide.Approximately 84 sgare feet of the 220 total square feet will be decorated.The total
amount covered is between 30%and 40%coverage of the total square footage the retail
space occupies.
I am the property owner, therefore I give my permission to make these alterations.
