Due to a complaint received by the Neighborhood Improvement Task Force, I conducted
an inspection and found the following violations;
1. Signs/banners displayed on fence with no permit.
You are hereby ordered to remove the illegal signs/banners immediately and to notify this
department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what
course of action you have taken to rectify this violation. Failure to do so will result in
legal action being taken against you in Salem District Court.
