To whom it my concern,
Due to potential life safety violations with the gas heating equipment located at 7 to 13 North Pine Street, I'm
requesting a meeting with you as soon as possible to discuss the concerns that was observed at the above
location.
Also, a required inspection of all heating equipment is needed immediately to determine if they are in safe
working order and pose no threat to the occupants or structure.
