To whom it my concern,
On 2/28/20 an inspection of a new roof top unit(G-19-534)was performed and found some safety concerns and
code violations. All heating units have been installed within 6 feet of the edge of a roof with no safety railing
and has no flooring around the heating units to service the equipment safely.
Due to potential life safety violations with the gas heating equipment located at 600 Loring Ave(TD Bank), I'm
requesting to speak with you as soon as possible to discuss the concerns that was observed at the above location.
Failure to respond to this letter within 10 days will result in a notice to National Grid to disconnect gas
service.
