CODE, the requirements of the City of Selem, the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
STANDARDS and all other applicable regulations, laws, ordinances, etc. governing this work.

system, however, the Contractor shall furnish a complete product in accordance with the
best practice of the trade to the satisfaction of the Owner and in strict conformance with all
applicable state, local and safety building requirements.

8. Each individual Contractor and Sub-Contractor shall properly store all materials,
equipment, supplies etc. to be installed on and/or in the building, to prevent damage from

weather, vandalism etc. as necessary. Any damage to such materials etc. not properly
stored, shall be the full responsibility of that Contractor.
9. The Contractor or Sub-Contractor shall secure the building site at the end of each day, to \� 7:3I
