DETERMINATION OF MATERIAL CHANGE l C to IIf /,ahem, Htt$srrc.�u�.e##s f p IitIQ ll.. {KYb U@1L 11 V (one *tem Great June 12, 1991 Richard Bencal Chairman Board of Appeal One Salem Green Salem, MA 01970 RE: 13 Boardman Street Dear Mr. Bencal : On June 6, 1991, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A, Section 16, the Salem Planning Board met to discuss the application of Kathryn Sammartano for a "Determination of Specific and Material Change" to her plans for 13 Boardman Street which were denied by the Board of Appeal on. May 15, 1991 . Ms . Sammartano 's amended plan includes a request for a two family dwelling rather than a three family dwelling. In addition, the amended plan does not include any exterior additions or changes to the existing dwelling. The Planning Board voted unanimously that "Specific and Material Changes" have been made to the petition which was denied by the Board of Appeal . The Planning Board would, however, like to request that the Board of Appeal require the applicant to prepare a plan which will detail the kitchen to be removed from the existing dwelling. In addition, the Planning Board would like the Board of Appeal to consider allowing Ms . Sammartano to rearrange the three (3 ) proposed parking spaces .
