Comment:* Complainant said the light brown house on the corner of Webb and
Essex Streets has a bird feeder and is also feeding the squirrels.
She has asked the woman to stop feeding them, but she does not
stop.The caller said she has small children and now she has a
mice problem that she believes is caused by the bird feeder. She
said to look at the right side of her house and there is a fence
where you can see the bird feeder.
