store.
Initial Service: $1125.00 (Includes all 3 entities)
Monthly: $245.00
Congratulations on your pest control agreement with Freedom Pest Control. Your contract is a commercial contract which
covers Ants, Mice, Rodents and Cockroaches. Additonal services are available upon request and a separate charge will
apply. A credit card is required for monthly billing
Your contract is a monthly service agreement. Your Freedom Pest Control technician will make recommendations to
you as needed in person, by telephone, via log book and/or email. This agreement shall be in effect for 12 months. This
contract will auto-renew each year unless written notice is received within 30 days of renewal for cancellation. Early
cancellation fee of $490 applies within the first 12 months.
