Dear Mr. Shribman,
Following my conservation with you and Mr. Fox, the manager of the potential owner, I
reviewed the proposed use of the property regarding and the underlying zoning . As, I have
indicated, the building straddles the B-2 and Industrial zones and must comply with zoning
regulations for both districts.
I have researched the proposed use as Servpro, which currently operates on Franklin Street in
Salem, and have concluded that the use on Highland Ave and Greenledge complies with the
zoning requirements of both districts as offices, General Service Establishments and warehouse.
