This department continues to receive complaints that you are still renting your unit as an Airbnb
short term rental in violation of section 15-1. Specifically, that you have not occupied the unit for
the required six months thereby making it an ineligible unit. You are directed to cease renting
this unit immediately and to contact me during business hours to discuss your options. Failure to
address this rental will result in Municipal code tickets and further enforcement actions.
