Observations: Please see the attached Final Construction Control Document Note:First floor units,exterior work and exterior stairs are done by others and are not part of our scope of design work or construction observations/control. We take no responsibility,and are not associated with this work.These are repairs done directly by the building Ownership. Recommendations or Actions: 1-A Structural Engineer should inspect the exterior decks,including the roof supporting the new AC equipment. 2-The MEP,fire protection,structural engineer,civil reports are not part of this report and are the Owner's responsibility. 3-We recommend updating or add building/unit numbers to the entry doors. 4-Verify or extending the internal guard rails at top floor at 42"high(these are pre-existing conditions). 5-Adjust as required unit doors self-closing hinges to enable doors to close. 6-Verify that drain pans under the mechanical and or washer/dryers in the units are properly installed. 7-Broken basement windows to be fixed. 8-Replace existing door closers at building entry with self-closing hinges and door stop.This will increase the net clear door opening and prevent wall damage.
