Observation: General areas: The project's demolition is being done in two phases. Phase I: • Some existing walls are removed to house the equipment. • The area is cleaned up and propped for relocation of the equipment. Phase II: • Some existing walls removed. • Some areas are patched to match existing. • Some walls are adjusted for the new layout. • Some existing soffits are removed. • The remaining ceiling grid system are extended. • The New lights are installed. • Some ceiling panels are removed for the inspectional purposes. • The new flooring in phase II is installed. Recommendations or Actions: 1-The Structural Engineer will be submitting independent reports. 2-The MEP,fire protection,civil reports are not part of this report.
