Dear Ms Triscari,
I have received your letter and Public Record request for copies of a notice to City Council an a copy of the
actual variance as required by City Ordinance 22-2 (5) for an early start for the project at 65 Washington Street.
It appears that the permit was issued without following the letter of the Ordinance because no such records were
found. Enclosed,you will find a copy of the e-mail sent to City Councilors today to correct the mistake. I will
also forward you a copy of the variance when a new one is generated .
