Decision: At a regular meeting of the Cesign Review Board (DRB), upon a motion duly made
and seconded, it was unanimously voted to recommend approval of the fagade sign, window
signage, a;.id A-Frame sign as designed and presented.
Referenced Plans and Documents
1. The Flower Child Boutique Signage Proposal, prepared by Nicole Kaplan, owner,
submitted March 7, 2019.
2. Staff Comments dated 3/21/19.
Conditions of Approval
1. Consistency with Design/Plans: Should the applicant determine that the approved sign
design may not be completed as detailed in the plans referenced herein, he/she/they
shall return to the DRB to review proposed modifications prior to making any changes in
the field.
2. Consistency_with A-Frame Sign Regulations: The applicant shall adhere to the rules and
regulations as listed in Section 4-60: Portable Signs in their entirety, with attention to 4-
60(f) Term and 4-60(g) Placement.
Findings
1. The DRB reviewed the sign proposal and found that the sign program, including a
fagade sign, window and door decals, and an A-Frame sign is consistent with the
guidelines and standards in the SRA Sign Manual and consistent with Article II, Section
4 of the City Ordinances.
2. There is enough space on the adjacent public way to accommodate the A-Frame sign
while maintaining the minimum required width of four-feet (4)of clearance.
