The two(2)-existing signs are approximately twelve inches by nineteen inches (12"x 19), and constructed of an oak material flat stock material and trimmed with an oak band molding. The lettering is vinyl in material and the color is gold, laid over the urethane finished oak material. The signage is blind surface mounted to the granite fagade of the building, and mounted to the left and right sides of the entry doors facing Washington Street. Based on direction and input provided by the Design Review Board at the March 27, 2019 meeting the following revised proposal is submitted for your review. The two(2)-proposed replacement signs requested will again be set in the same locations, and with the existing anchoring plates. It is again the City's request that the material be altered from the existing oak wood material to a polyvinyl chloride (PVC)material (Yee sample). As suggested by Board both signs will be the same gweeft-color of the `wayfinding' signage in the City(Attachment 4).The signs will maintain the approximate square footage of 1.5833 square feet,and approximate dimensions of twelve inches (12') in width and nineteen inches (19') in height,lettering will be white vinyl in script lettering similar to the way fording signage (Attachment S).
