Rigging of old units is included. Provide and install (2) new adaptor curbs. Provide and install (2) new Carrier 7.5 ton 208/230v 3-phase gas heat/electric cooling rooftop units with economizers. Rigging of unit is included. Reconnect power and control wiring, reconnect gas piping. Price based on (2) custom made curb adaptors. Curb adaptors are custom measured and custom made 7-10 days after measure to be delivered (No new insulation or duct sealing included). Startup and test new units for proper operations and system pressures. No warranty on existing conditions, permit fee included and no other considerations are included. Total for above $31,000.00 Work Not Included: No engineering, manual T-load calculations, upgrades to existing conditions, duct leak testing, police detail, as build drawings, premium time, new ceiling, roofing, cutting, patching, painting and air balance.
