Dear Ms. Day:
The above mentioned property is located in two separate zoning
districts. The site contains eleven thousand, seven hundred and
five (11,705) square feet of land. Six thousand, one hundred and
five (6,105) square feet is located in a Business District (B-2) .
Five thousand,six hundred (5,600) square feet is located in a Residential
Single Family District (R-1) . Where a district boundary line divides
a lot of record at the time, such lot is adopted. The regulation for
the less restricted portion of such a lot shall extend not more than
thirty (30) feet into the more restricted portion, provided that the
lot has frontage on a street in the less restricted district. Therefore,
making the B-2 Zoning legal for the total of ten thousand, one hundred,
thirty (10,130) square feet. One thousand, five hundred seventy-five
(1,575) square feet nearest the R-1 District, can not be utilized for
B-2 purposes.

accordance with the letter yousent to Kramer Nominee Trust.

I am enclosing a copy of the letter we received as owners of the
property you are renting from Rent-All, Inc. at 5 Wyman Avenue,
Salem, Ma. As you can see from this letter, the lot is not
zoned for the parking or storage of trucks, industrial
equipment, or unregistered vehicles .
We met with Mr. St. Pierre to try to resolve this, but,
unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done . We are
therefore notifying you that you must vacate the property
within 30 days.
