Five thousand,six hundred (5,600) square feet is located in a Residential Single Family District (R-1) . Where a district boundary line divides a lot of record at the time, such lot is adopted. The regulation for the less restricted portion of such a lot shall extend not more than thirty (30) feet into the more restricted portion, provided that the lot has frontage on a street in the less restricted district. Therefore, making the B-2 Zoning legal for the total of ten thousand, one hundred, thirty (10,130) square feet. One thousand, five hundred seventy-five (1,575) square feet nearest the R-1 District, can not be utilized for B-2 purposes.
