It has been brought to my attention via deed information collected at the Assessors office, that you have created
a third condo unit at this property. The Assessors will not enter the new deed into the system. The property has
two units only . No zoning relief and or permits have been pulled to create a third unit. Per Mass State Building
Code 780 cmr section 110,you are required to arrange for a required inspection for this property within ten days
of receipt of this notice. Failure to arrange for this inspection will result in Municipal Code tickets and further
enforcement actions. If you have any questions, please contact me directly. If you feel you are aggrieved by the
Building Code action, your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings, Regulations and Standards in Boston.
