(copy attached) The property is now owned by his daughter, Judy Cody as Edward E. Cody is deceased. I hold a mortgage on this property given by Judy Cody so I do have an interest in getting the property cleaned up and re- paired . Judy has arranged with me to get this work done . We have completed some, of the work. The rear steps have been repaired and the rubbish taken to the disposal area. The soffits fascia, and rakes have been covered with aluminum. We plan to install new aluminum gutters . I have a siding man comming tomorrow morning to repair the siding around the second floor windows on the left side of the house.
