hi response to your inquiry regarding the above referenced building our files indicate that
a City of Salem Building Inspector letter dated March 30, 1998 recognized the bed and breakfast
use of the premises as legally established. The letter further indicated that an annual inspection
by the Building Department was required and that certain safety installations were required.
Our files indicate that the safety installations were confirmed by subsequent re-inspection
and that annual inspections have been satisfactorily completed since that time.
