You have requested an opinion from this office regarding the zoning status
of the above referenced property.
The main house and garage were constructed in 1926 under permit #458.
It is assumed that they conformed to the :zoning requirements of that time.
The most recent addition to the property is a still incomplete 17' x 24'
two story addition, for which permit #79-88 was issued on February 25, 1988.
It is the opinion of this office that no zoning violation exists at the
property at this time.
