Dear Mr. LeBoeuf:
It has been brought to the attention of this office that a deck has
been installed at the above referenced property. We have no record of any
building permit having been issued for said deck. Also, we noticed the
front porch has been enclosed and a second floor addition in the front of
the property has been constructed. Again, we have no record of building
permits having been issued for any of this work.
Please contact this office upon receipt of this notice so we can take
the steps necessary to correct this situation. Failure to comply will
result in the appropriate legal action being taken.

attention in this matter.
