Dear Owner:
A recent incident at your property caused this office to conduct an inspection of the
exterior of your building. The concern was the lack of railings of your rooftop deck.
A permit,#450-2003 was issued back in December in 2002 for the construction of the
deck.
Because of the threat to life safety, you are directed to complete the railing within 30
days upon receipt of this letter.
Failure to comply will result in a complaint being filed in Salem District Court.
