RE: 29-31 Willson Street
Dear Mr. Lavoie:
Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement
Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of a retaining wall located
between 29 and 31 Willson Street (Complaint enclosed) . The retaining wall
is holding back earth from your side of the property. Therefore it is my
understanding that repairs to the retaining wall should be accomplished by the
owner of the property to which it serves. Please do the necessary repairs to
the retaining wall.
If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to call.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Leo E. Tremblay
