There has however always been in empty bedroom on the second floor that seems to be set up to accept a boarder. Under the provisions of the City of Salem's Zoning Code Section 5 — 2 there is no allowance for boarders in an R— 1 district. Please be advised that if this is your practice to use this room in such manner, then this use must Cease and Desist.
