R.E. Building Code Violation
Mr. LeBlanc,
While inspecting an abutting property,I looked over at the chimney on your house. The Chimney
is in danger of falling anytime and needs to repaired immediately. Mass. State Building code 780
C.M.R section 103 requires the owner of a structure to maintain at all times and in in good
condition all systems of a building. Therefore you are directed to obtain a building permit and to
begin repairs within 30 days of receipt of this notice. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order,
your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings,Regulations and Standards in Boston. Failure to address
this item will result in Fines and a complaint being filed in Salem District Court.
