Decision: At a regular meeting of the Design Review Board (DRB), upon a motion duly made
and seconded, it was unanimously voted to recommend approval of the sign proposal as
designed and conditioned herein.

Conditions of Approval
1. Consistencv with Design/Plans: Should the applicant determine that the approved sign
design may not be completed as detailed in the plans referenced herein, he/she/they
shall return to the DRB to review proposed modifications prior to making any changes in
the field.
2. Hanging Sian:
a. Reuse Existinq Bracket and/or Anchors: The applicant shall reuse the existing
bracket if possible. If not possible, the applicant shall utilize the existing anchor
points to prevent additional damage to the brick facade.
b. External Illumination: The spotlights shall be mounted on the brick facade,
through the mortar joints, and pointed toward the hanging sign. The lights shall
be centered along the vertical length of the bracket.
Findings
1. The DRB reviewed the sign proposal and found that the proposed signage is consistent
with the standards and guidelines in the SRA Sign Manual regarding size, scale, and
color choice that provides contrast to allow for readability.
2. The size of the signs is modest with the text scaled for pedestrians; the signs do not
detract from or obscure the existing architectural features of the building.
