Decision: At a regular meeting of the Design Review Board (DRB), upon a motion duly made
and seconded, it was unanimously voted to recommend approval of the projecting sign as
designed and presented.

Conditions of Approval
1. Consistency with Design/Plans: Should the applicant determine that the approved sign
design may not be completed as detailed in the plans referenced herein, he/she/they
shall return to the DRB to review proposed modifications prior to making any changes in
the field.
Findings
1. The DRB reviewed the sign proposal and found that the proposed projecting sign will be
identical in size to the existing sign and will be installed on the existing bracket.
2. The size of the sign and its text is scaled for pedestrians and the oval shape is
consistent with the projecting signs for adjacent businesses, creating a cohesive visual
along the streetscape.
