Mr. Abongnelali,
This Department has notified you of violations of the State Building Code as well as Salem Zoning Ordinances.
These violations are still ongoing.You were given your right to appeal the Building code issue to the B.B.R.S
in Boston. You were also advised of your right to appeal the zoning violation to the zoning board of appeals in
Salem. You have done neither but instead called this office wanting a meeting. Because allegations were made
by you, I decided that any such meeting would involve our legal team. You stated that you would like to have
your legal representative present and we agreed that it would be a good idea for you to do so. It was left that you
would call us with some available dates.More than two weeks have passed and we have not heard from you.
If we do not hear from you or your representative next week,we will resume citations and further enforcement
actions.
