A request was received on July 25, 1986 from Mr. Michael Duval on
behalf of Mr. David Ramsey to demolish a one-story, wood-frame garage
at the rear of�10-12 Williams Street. This structure was built before
1874 and probably once served as a carriage house; it is now, however,
felt to have no architectural or historical significance. Therefore,
according to the City's Demolition Delay Ordinance, signed into law on
May 12, 1986, a majority of the following people designated to review
such structures under Section 1, Paragraph (e) of the ordinance agree
that a demolition permit should be issued immed'ately.
