I have examined Affidavits from the owner of the property as well as an abutter. A letter from the City Assessors Office was also provided. Additionally, this property is located in an R-2 zone and was used as a legal two-family prior to 1964. The property also contains more than five thousand (5, 000) square feet of land and has a fifty (50) foot frontage.
