Dear Paul:
I have advised you on numerous occasions that a guard rail must be
placed at the top of your retaining wall. I feel I have been more than
patient in this matter, but as to date the guard rail has not been
installed.
You are hereby notified to install said guard rail on the wall within
fifteen (15) days of receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will
result in your permit being revoked and the appropriate legal action being
taken.
Please notify this office upon completion and I will make an
inspection. I thank you in advance for your prompt and courteous attention
in this matter.
