Dear Moustakis,
I am writing you regarding the hallway at 102 Wharf St. at Pickering Wharf
Condominiums. As we discussed, I will have any holes in the floor filled and any loose bits of
carpeting removed immediately. The plywood will be replaced and new carpet installed by
Friday, September 4, 1998.
The sewage backup, which caused the damage to the rugs and floors, have been resolved
by snaking out the tub drains, water jetting the building main line and installing a screen on the
tub drain. If you have any questions or concerns,please feel free to call me at the office.
