Falfard Real Estate May 9, 1990 Ms. Maureen Moroney 43 Whalers Lane Salem, MA 01970 Dear Ms. Moroney: In regard to your letter to the Trustees, the following is the Development's response: Clapboards that need replacement, the Developer has acknowledged his responsibility in this regard and in addition, is trying to determine the best method to rectify the paint so that the problem does not reoccur. The tree that was planted and removed will be replaced by June 15. Regarding to the steps leading into your condo, by June 15 we will lift the pads and put gravel/rock underneath and relay to solve this problem. In regard to your access to the spicket, we agree that steps are required and will provide to you by June 15. Misalignment of garage door - unfortunately, you are out of warranty since you purchased the unit in October of 1988. As a suggestion, you can contact Ira Case at 508-777-3097 at your expense and he can provide the repair. Formica wall - the grout, and the sinks that don't hold water, none of these items were on your original punchlist, and since you are out of warranty, we consider than to be maintenance-type items.
