Dear Mr. Mitchell,
This Department issued a Building Permit on June 2, 2010 for you to install a new door
and 4' wide deck with stairs to grade. The Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum
distance between the deck and the property line. The Plot Plan you submitted does not
show the house at 22R West Avenue (lot 2A on your Plot plan) and is not of sufficient
detail for us to approve construction of the deck
Before you construct the deck you must provide us with a plot plan prepared by a
Registered Land Surveyor locating the existing House and the proposed deck with
suffici;setck to meet the Zoning Ordinance.
